Miracle Shake

Today I'm gonna share with you my miracle shake recipe. Rejuvenating, energizing, organic, 100% natural and raw it's gonna help you to loose weight, improve your digestion, gives you a lot of energy, boost your metabolism, cleanse you, provides your body with so much nutrients, vitamins, minerals and amino-acids.
Long researches show that this combination of products use super models (like my favorites one - VS models), a lot of celebrities.
For instance Victorias secret models before the main show during 10-12 days don't eat anything solid but drink this shakes and fresh juices. You don't have to go to that extreme you just can drink one glass a day. If you r goal is to loose weight - then have your shake instead of one of your daily meal - lunch or dinner :)) Anyways not gonna talk so much just want you to try  it and let me know how you gonna feel and if you see any changes.
 Here is 2 options: you can just buy this product or you can mix different one.
Option #1 - Raw Meal Beyong organic meal replacement formula (100% raw, vegan). It has everything you need in one except Maca powder (so you can add it as an extra)
This time I wanted something different and got chocolate taste :)))
All the benefits of this raw meal you can google cause It's gonna take me 3 hours to mention all of it :)
Add Mica powder if you want and you all set.
How i mix it. We use Vitamix blender (it's expensive but worth it)
Put some rice or hemp milk or almond (up to you, don;t suggest caw milk :((()
And add some fruits or berries you love. We use frozen berries blend
Some ice and if you feel it's not sweet enough add some Agave nectar
And the shake gonna end up looking like this, if you using original powder not chocolate one
 In the beginning may be taste gonna be a little beat not what you used to :))) But with time you will enjoy it.
OK! Option # 2 - combining separate products
1. Rice or almond or soy or hemp milk
2. blend of your favorites fruits and berries
3. Hemp protein



Hemp protein is a protein found in the seed of the cannabis sativa plant. Despite its origin, hempseed does not contain psychoactive compounds and is an excellent source of protein, essential fatty acids and various nutrients. Hemp has many benefits over other protein sources, such as a broader range of amino acids, easier digestibility, and a more balanced ratio of essential fatty acids.


4. Maca powder 

Maca is a nutritionally dense super-food that contains high amounts of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and all of the essential amino acids. Maca root is rich in B-vitamins, which are the energy vitamins, and maca is a vegetarian source of B-12. To boot, maca has high levels of bioavailable calcium and magnesium and is great for remineralization.

Maca root helps balance our hormones and due to an over abundance of environmental estrogens, most people's hormones are a bit out of whack. Maca stimulates and nourishes the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which are the "master glands" of the body. These glands actually regulate the other glands, so when in balance they can bring balance to the adrenal, thyroid, pancreas, ovarian and testicular glands.


Maca root has been shown to be beneficial for all sorts of hormonal problems including PMS, menopause, and hot flashes. Maca's also a fertility enhancer and is best known for improving libido and sexual function, especially in men. For this reason, it's earned the nickname "nature's Viagra."


5. Chia seeds

* There's evidence to suggest they can reduce blood pressure.
* They are the richest plant source of Omega-3 (the vital fats that protect againstinflammation—such as arthritis—and heart disease). In fact, they contain more Omega-3 than salmon!
* Because chia seeds slow down how fast our bodies convert carbohydrates into simple sugars, studies indicate they can control blood sugar. This leads scientists to believe chia seeds may have great benefits for diabetics.
They are easier to digest than flax seeds, and don't need to be ground up.

7. Chorella powder

Chlorella contains 58 percent highly digestible, complete vegetarian protein. It is a superior source of chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.



Measurements


For the raw meal you suppose to use 2 scoops I use only one :))
If you add Maca powder add 1 tablespoon
If you are mixing all powders use 1 tablespoon of each

My current makeup favorites

 Everybody's favorite- Urban Decay Naked pallet. I love it, it's my universe pallet, you can create so many looks wit this 12 eyeshadows. And if you still don't own it it's time, you won't regret :))) Thanks to my lovely husband for this gift :))))))
 Here's some swatches
 Physician Formula shimmer strips in Riviera and Happy booster translucent powder.
 This powder is amazing, it smells better then Guerlain Meteorites, and it's honestly boost my happiness :)))
It doesn't have any color to it but it gives your face amazing glow from within. Again for me it's much better then Meteorites. And the little pink heart I'm using as a blush.....
 package is adorable as well, pink :)))))))
 I never own Dior amber diamonds but I have tried so many times and let me tell you this is exact dupe for Dior one. It gives your face that wet glow and shine, it stays on all day. Also you can use it as a bronzer and eyeshadows. LOve, love
 Ok! It's not a joke but if you want your face look like super-model face on the pictures then you have to get this Makeup forever HD foundation (mine is 120) it gonna give you great coverage, flawless face and it's stay on my dry face almost all day. A lot of famous celebrities use this. It;s expensive 40$ but its worth the money
 I use my favorite foundation brush from ELF
 Prada candy perfume - girly and sexy
 Lip fusion collagen plumper in blush, I love everything about this lipgloss
 Chanel bronzer from the this summer collection. It was gift from my husband for Mother's day. It's mat bronzer with just a little hint of gold shimmer. Great for summer

How to do a split

I LOVE doing splits. Thank's to YOGA. Practicing and teaching yoga for more then 10 years helped me to do so many great things, helped me to feel like in heaven all the time I do it :)) I honestly can't describe how yoga changed my life in 360 degree.
Yes!!! if you don't know yet I'm Yoga teacher for more then 10 years and so proud of it.
I'm gonna talk more about yoga on my blog but now want to talk about split. You can see full complex on my channel - youtube.com/harmonyofbeauty. It's  gonna help you to do a split :))
Let's see types of spleet:

Half Split

  • A half split is the easiest to do because it only requires you to stretch one leg completely straight. Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. Fold your right leg under you and stretch your left leg out behind you. This stretches your hip flexor muscles as well as your gluteus muscles. Alternate legs to achieve even flexibility. It's also a good way to prepare yourself for a full split.

Front Split

  • A front split requires more flexibility of your hamstrings and is done by stretching one leg out completely straight in front of you and stretching the other leg out completely behind you. Your hips should be even with the floor. This stretches the hamstring of the leg in front and the hip flexor of the leg in back. To maintain even flexibility in both legs, you should switch leg positions every time you stretch.

Middle Split

  • A middle split, also known as a straddle, is a difficult split to do and can be done by sitting on the floor and stretching your legs out as far on either side as possible. To increase the stretch, bend over while keeping your back straight. Another way to do a middle split is by sliding down with your legs out to both sides, without letting your buttocks touch the floor. This stretches and strengthens your inner thighs. A complete middle split is getting your inner thighs to be flat on the floor.
Now I can do Front split, for the middle split I need some more time to practice but everything is possible :))))
It's all about practice, every day or at least 4-5 times a week really gonna bring you to your dream. So don't be lazy.

REJUVENATING TEA FOR WEIGHT LOSS. New secret - OOLONG TEA

I'm sure you all know great benefits of green tea. I'm not gonna mention this. Ok what oolong tea I'm drinking, I buy this in the Whole Food store, and it's in little packs, I suggest you to get leave tea - is much better but more expensive :((( Hope you can find it in Russia or Ukraine :))) i love to drink it with lemon or lime.

Some tricks to make legs longer


Today I'm gonna share with you some tricks to elongate legs. Again on the example of my favorite VS models :)) Trick # 1
If the VS models look like they rolled in a pile of glitter before walking the runway, it's because they do—kind of: Before the show, the models get spray tans, obvi. But it's not just your regular bronzy formula. Spray tan expert  adds shimmer powder to it so the models have a golden sheen. You can get the look at home by mixing some shimmery gold shadow with a bronze-tinted body lotion.
Elongate your legs with highlighter.  Instead of lathering up your legs in a shimmery lotion  just apply it in a thin line down the center of your legs. When the light catches the highlighter, it'll visually slim and lengthen them.

Summer color Banana boat deep dare color
The balm merry loumanizer highlighter 
Costco face brush



Trick # 2
Nude shoes - nothing will make your legs longer then nude skin color shoes - it's a must have for everybody
Short classic shorts, better if it's gonna be skin color again or beige work good as well, or white like I have
Trick # 3 
Classic dark denim skinny boot jeans and dark shoes, not skinny jeans , they can make your legs look shorter.

This tricks are amazing I promise :)) Make photos before and after so you can compare :)
And don't forget to have beautiful tone legs you have to exercise and do stretching

My big inspiration - Victorias secret models


I know everybody loves them. For me they inspire me to look good all the time - everything about them I love  - curvy healthy bodies, looks, hair, makeup etc., etc.
And I love that they exercise and eat healthy Not like those seek looking runway models :)))
And it's absolutely possible to have bodies like them you just have to work on this :)
Whats why I created full workout series - supermodels workout. And it's not just work out I took from the air, it based on a lot of researches and proof information (it took me almost 1 year). This workout is very smart and perfectly combined. And honestly I'm so proud of myself :))))))) 
 I have the same top :))))

 Love Candice and her hair color.  I want same color so much :)))) Actually it's really close to my natural hair color
